Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Since some pieces are made with attention to detail and limited availability, please allow this window before your order ships. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 6–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary slightly during sale periods, festive seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Areas We Deliver To

We currently deliver across India. International shipping is not available at this time — we're working on bringing Jagranee to more places soon.

Delayed, Damaged, or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at support@jagranee.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and relevant photos, and we'll resolve it promptly.
